Acceptance of Terms & Scope of Agreement
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the mh376 platform (including the website, mobile app, and related services), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the mh376 platform.
These terms constitute a binding agreement between you as a user and the mh376 platform management. They apply to all users regardless of location or device used to access the platform, subject to applicable laws in Malaysia.
Account Creation, Eligibility & Security
User Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to register for and use the mh376 platform.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration details, including your full name, a valid phone number, and any other required information.
- Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. Multiple account registrations by the same person are prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed.
- You are responsible for keeping all your account information current and up to date.
Password Security
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login credentials.
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone. mh376 will never ask for your password via email or message.
- All activity carried out through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it, unless it is proven to have resulted from negligence on the platform's part.
- Report to the support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
User Responsibilities & Usage Rules
As a user of the mh376 platform, you agree to:
- Use the platform solely for lawful personal purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Not use any automated software, bots, scripts, or other technical means to manipulate or exploit the platform's systems.
- Not attempt to hack, breach, or disrupt the security or integrity of mh376's systems.
- Not distribute any content that is unlawful, misleading, or harmful through this platform.
- Not engage in fraud, money laundering, or any other unlawful activity through the use of this platform.
- Comply with all game and betting rules set for each category available on the platform.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate action against your account, including temporary suspension or permanent closure, and in certain cases, legal action.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on the mh376 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods, including DuitNow and FPX. You are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is registered in your own name.
Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account registered under the same name as your mh376 account. Withdrawal requests where the account holder details do not match may be declined or held pending verification.
Transaction Responsibility
Mh376 is not liable for any losses arising from incorrect payment details provided by the user. All successfully credited deposits are final and non-reversible, except in cases recognised as technical errors caused by the platform's system.
Any transaction suspected to be fraudulent or in breach of our usage policy will be reviewed and may result in the temporary freezing of the associated funds pending the outcome of an investigation.

Mh376 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds due to technical disruptions, device failures, or internet connectivity issues beyond the platform's control.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, brand names, text, graphics, and software on the mh376 platform are owned by or licensed to the platform management. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or commercially exploit any of this content without prior written consent.

Account Suspension, Terms Updates & Governing Law

- Activities suspected of fraud, money laundering, or system manipulation.
- Inaccurate or incomplete registration details.
